Payment of filing fees through the Electronic Filing System
All applicable filing fees must now be paid directly through the Electronic Filing System at the time of submission.
- Parties can pay with a credit card or a debit card that supports online payments
- Parties submitting documents on behalf of a Government of Canada department must provide billing information
Documents will not be processed until filing fees are paid.
