Examples of court documents

Some documents required to be filed with the court do not have a corresponding form set out in the Federal Courts Rules. In order to assist unrepresented parties who may be unfamiliar or less familiar with the litigation process, this page contains some examples of these types of documents.

Parties are not required to follow these examples and should always seek their own legal advice.

This page does not contain legal advice.

The examples are provided as a courtesy. They may not be appropriate for any particular set of circumstances.
