Notice regarding the second update to the Consolidated Practice Direction
The second update to the Court’s Consolidated Practice Direction has been published today on the Court’s website.
The following paragraphs have changed: 1 [introduction] and 67 [replacement of past practice direction].
The following paragraphs are new: 24.1 and 24.2 [proof of service], 46.2 [accessibility], and 64.1 [citations].
Editorial changes were made to sub-paragraph 56(h) in the English version and paragraph 9 in the French version.
All persons with business before the Court should take notice of the updated document.
