Proposed amendments were pre-published in the February 11, 2023, issue of the Canada Gazette, Part I:

• Rules Amending the Federal Courts Rules and the Federal Courts Citizenship, Immigration and Refugee Protection Rules (New commenting feature) 

Interested persons may make representations in writing concerning the proposed Rules within 60 days after the date of publication. They are strongly encouraged to use the online commenting feature that is available on the Canada Gazette web‐site.
