Service interruption January 1 to January 5, 2026 inclusive
The Courts Administration Service will be performing scheduled system maintenance. Please be aware that there will be temporary service interruptions from January 1 to January 5, 2026 inclusive.
The following interruptions are expected during this period:
- The Electronic Filing System will be unavailable. Documents may still be submitted by email, courier, mail, or in person to the Registry.
- Only urgent documents will be processed by the Registry during this period. This may result in a backlog, leading to longer-than-usual processing times once normal operations resume.
- Requests for Court documents will not be processed during this period.
- The application portal for the 2027-2028 Federal Courts’ Law Clerkship Program will be unavailable. Candidates will not be able to submit their application during this period. The deadline to apply remains 5pm EST on January 13, 2026.
Regular operations will resume on January 6, 2026. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this work.
